- 1. Tilt Switch
- Featuring 360° all-directional tilt detection, this product empowers industries such as automotive electronics, smart home devices, and industrial equipment with "balance perception capabilities." Its patented dual-ball symmetric design, paired with precision V-shaped angular guide holes, ensures sensitive ball movement and stable contact under any tilt condition, enabling reliable single-point or multi-point angle triggering.
- 2. Vibration Switch
- Redefining motion-wakeup standards through a purely mechanical design. Without requiring electrical power, minute displacements of its gold-plated rolling ball activate high/low level changes. Matching the sensitivity of G-sensors but surpassing them in ultra-low power consumption and higher reliability, it serves as an ideal solution for vibration alarms, motion wakeups, and similar applications.
- 3. Vibration Sensor
- An advanced extension of the vibration switch, offering refined vibration detection and signal output capabilities. It effectively monitors vibrations across varying frequencies and intensities, with adjustable sensitivity—widely deployed in complex scenarios like industrial equipment condition monitoring, security systems, and smart city infrastructure requiring continuous vibration data tracking.
- 4. Angle Sensing Switch
- A high-precision, adjustable upgrade to the standard tilt switch. Beyond basic angle-trigger functionality, users can precisely set or adjust trigger angles (e.g., ±15°~±90°), catering to applications demanding exact angular control—such as industrial automation, engineering machinery, and premium household appliances.
- 5. Directional Switch / Roller Switch
- Based on classic rolling-ball switch principles, primarily used to detect physical orientation or horizontal displacement. When tilted or moved, internal balls make/break circuit connections to trigger signals. Addressing potential safety hazards in appliance usage, this highly reliable rollover protection switch is extensively applied in heaters, humidifiers, smart home devices, and automotive electronics as a safety cutoff mechanism.
